My [Clifton]Strengths (January 2021)

 

In preparation for a staff retreat, I took the CliftonStrengths Assessment. I initially took the assessment in 2014 with my top five strengths being Learner, Consistency, Developer, Responsibility, and Analytical. I know, what a nerd. Since 2014, my top five have has changed with the exception of one. Having gone through a lot of growth and life experiences, these changes are fitting.

People exceptionally talented in the Adaptability theme prefer to go with the flow. They tend to be "now" people who take things as they come and discover the future one day at a time.
